Technical report No. TSK-025-17.12.2013 issued. VMS data are received and encrypted automatically using software installed by the Russian National Fisheries Monitoring Centre which precludes the possibility of manual data entry.

The Russian National Fisheries Monitoring Centre (Murmansk office) issued Certificate of Technical Compliance No. 0887, dated 26/12/2013, for this equipment with permission to use it in all parts of the world ocean; Certificate of Technical Compliance No. 0887, dated 26/12/2013, was issued by the Kamchatka office.
